Core Responsibilities: Project Lifecycle Management

As Project Manager, you will oversee and manage all aspects of complex construction from the conceptual development stage through final execution, ensuring quality, budget, and safety compliance:

  1. Project Oversight: Oversee and manage all aspects of water and wastewater and pump station construction projects from initiation to completion.

  2. Leadership & Coordination: Lead and coordinate a diverse team of engineers, contractors, and other professionals during all phases of project development and execution.

  3. Planning & Budgeting: Prepare, review, and update detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring all project activities align with these critical documents.

  4. Construction Management: Coordinate and supervise the construction process to ensure all works are carried out according to design specifications.

  5. Risk & Issue Resolution: Manage and resolve any issues or problems that arise during the project and ensure all project changes are properly documented and communicated.

  6. Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards related to water and wastewater construction projects.

  7. Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

Required Qualifications and Expertise

This role demands specific industry experience and proven leadership in highly complex construction fields.

Required Qualifications (Mandatory)

  • Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within the heavy civil/industrial construction sector.

  • Wastewater Expertise: Proven experience managing water and wastewater construction projects, including experience with underground utilities, pump stations, site work, and structural concrete.

  • Leadership: Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to coordinate and oversee large professional teams.

  • Compliance Knowledge: A strong understanding of local, state, and federal regulations and safety standards related to the sector.
